The Aesthetics Collective – Financial Policy

Effective immediately, the following financial policies apply to all patients of The Aesthetics Collective. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
 

1. Consultations

• Initial consultations are complimentary.

• Follow-up consultations may require a deposit, which will be applied toward services and/or skincare purchases.
   

2. Appointment Deposits

• A $50–$150 deposit is required to secure all injectable appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward your treatment cost.

• If proper cancellation notice is given (see Cancellation Policy), deposits may be applied to a future appointment.

• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in deposit forfeiture.
   

3. Payment for Services

• Full payment (minus any deposit) is due at the time of service.

• Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.
   

4. Insurance

• Cosmetic procedures are not billed to insurance.

• Patients are responsible for any self-submitted claims.
   

5. Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final.

• No refunds are provided for services rendered.

• Skincare and retail products are final sale.
   

6. Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Failure to provide notice may result in a $150 cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of your deposit.
   

7. No-Show Policy

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged as follows:

  • $150 for 15–30 minute appointments

  • $350 for 60+ minute appointments

• The appointment deposit will be forfeited.

• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or may result in blocked scheduling.
   

8. Late Arrivals

• Patients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule.

• A $50 rebooking fee may apply.
   

9. Treatment Packages

• Must be paid in full at purchase.

• Unused treatments are non-refundable but may be transferred to other services at the discretion of The Aesthetics Collective.
   

10. Gift Certificates

• Non-refundable, must be presented at the time of service.

• Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
   

11. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
   

12. Collections

• Accounts referred to collections may incur court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
   

13. Consent to Contact

• By booking, you consent to receive appointment reminders, follow-ups, and marketing communications by phone, email, or text.

• You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
