Filler Dissolving
Undo what no longer serves you. Reset with intention.
If you’re unhappy with your filler—whether it was placed incorrectly, feels overdone, or you just want a fresh start—filler dissolving is a safe and effective way to return to your natural foundation.
At The Aesthetics Collective, dissolving is not something we rush. It’s a thoughtful, customized process where we prioritize your comfort, safety, and ultimate aesthetic goals. Sometimes dissolving is the first step toward correcting or rebalancing previous work. Other times, it's simply about embracing your natural features again.

What Is Filler Dissolving?
Filler dissolving is done using hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid-based fillers. It works by breaking up the filler particles and allowing your body to naturally clear them. Results can be seen quickly—often within hours to days.
Pricing starts at $350 and may vary based on the number of areas or amount of product needing to be dissolved.
When to Consider Filler Dissolving
Overfilled or Puffy Appearance
If filler has migrated or is creating heaviness, dissolving can help reset balance.
Incorrect Placement or Shape
Whether it’s asymmetry, bumps, or just not the look you wanted—dissolving can correct it.
Migration
(Especially in Lips or Under Eyes)
Filler can sometimes move from its original location, leading to unnatural results.
Outdated Filler
Some filler lingers long past its expected duration. If you feel like something’s still "there" after a year or more, dissolving may be helpful.
Before Starting Fresh with a New Plan
Sometimes dissolving is the clean slate needed before we begin a new, intentional treatment plan.

FAQ
Will dissolving remove all of the filler?
It can, depending on how much filler is present and how long it’s been there. Some clients need multiple sessions for full reversal.
Does it hurt?
The enzyme can sting or burn slightly when injected, but it’s quick. We use numbing to help minimize discomfort.
Can I get new filler after dissolving?
Yes—after we allow time for any swelling to go down, typically 2 weeks, we can revisit your goals and map out a new plan.
Is it safe?
Yes. Hyaluronidase has been used for years in both aesthetics and medicine. I use conservative, targeted doses for safety and precision.
Will it dissolve my natural collagen or tissue?
Hyaluronidase is selective to hyaluronic acid. When used properly, it doesn’t affect your natural collagen or fat.
Can I dissolve filler done elsewhere?
Yes. Whether it was recent or years ago, we can assess what’s present and decide the best course of action—even if the filler was done at a different clinic.
