The Aesthetics Collective – Cancellation Policy

At The Aesthetics Collective, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all patients and to keep our schedule running smoothly, we enforce the following cancellation policy:
 

1. Notice Requirement

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Notice must be provided by phone, email, or text during business hours.
     

2. Deposits

  • A deposit of $50–$150 is required to book injectable appointments.

  • If proper notice is given, your deposit will be applied to a future appointment.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit may be forfeited.
     

3. Cancellation Fees

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice:

  • A $150 cancellation fee may apply.

  • Your deposit may be forfeited.
     

4. No-Show Appointments

  • Failure to show up without notice will result in the following charges:

    • $150 for appointments lasting 15–30 minutes

    • $350 for appointments lasting 60 minutes or longer

  • The appointment deposit will be forfeited.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in restricted scheduling privileges.
     

5. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

  • A $50 rebooking fee may apply.
     

By booking with The Aesthetics Collective, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
