Who performs the treatments?

Every procedure is performed or directly supervised by Kamila, our nurse injector (RN, Master’s degree, advanced aesthetic training). All treatments require prior clearance via a virtual Good Faith Exam.

You must be 18+ for neuromodulators (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau) and 22+ for dermal fillers. Acne/scar peels under 18 require guardian consent.

We defer injectables, peels, and weight-loss meds during pregnancy/nursing, but offer skincare regimens to keep your skin glowing until treatments resume.

No—time, product, and expertise are consumed on delivery. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days; defective items only. Prepayments convert to in-house credit (12 months).

A $50 deposit ($100 for ≥90 min) is charged at booking. ≥24 hrs notice rolls it forward; <24 hrs forfeits it. No-show forfeits deposit + $75 fee (creditable if rebooked within 30 days). Late arrivals (>15 min) may wait or reschedule; two no-shows/late-cancels may block future bookings.
