Which treatments are available at TAC?

Accepted Answer

You can book neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, biostimulatory fillers such as Sculptra and Radiesse, microneedling, PRP, exosome-supported hair restoration, chemical peels including VI Peel, and select regenerative wellness injections. Your plan is personalized after consultation so it fits your goals and clinical needs.

Who performs your treatment at TAC?

Accepted Answer

Your treatment is performed or directly supervised by Kamila, our experienced nurse injector with advanced training and a Master’s degree. For injectable care, you will also complete a virtual Good Faith Exam before treatment so we can confirm that the service is appropriate for your safety and goals.

How do you schedule an appointment with TAC?

To schedule your visit, click “Book Now” in the top menu, choose your service, and select a time through the online scheduler. If you are booking your first injectable appointment, you will also complete a brief virtual Good Faith Exam before treatment. If you need help, you can reach out through chat.

Where is TAC located in Lincolnshire?

You can find TAC inside Sola Salon Studios at 970 B Milwaukee Ave, Suite 4, Lincolnshire, IL 60069, near Fleming’s Steakhouse. Free parking is available nearby for your visit.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Mostly we do not accept walk-ins. Text or book online first. If you need a same day appointment, please text or call @ 847-512-7216 and we will do our best to accommodate you!

What is your guest and visitor policy?

Accepted Answer

Our treatment suite seats just one patient and one clinical assistant, so only the person receiving care may enter the room. A single adult support person is welcome in the room during consults but must wait in the lobby during treatment. Children under 12 can’t be left unattended in the reception area and are not permitted in the procedure room for safety and sterility reasons. Please do not leave your children or pets in the car during the treatment. If you have any questions or require additional support during your treatment, please message in advance and we will do our best to accommodate so you feel your best during the entire process.

Is financing available?

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer gift cards that never expire and retain their full dollar value. However, bonus credits from promotions (e.g., “Buy $300, get $50”) expire 12 months after purchase. You can apply up to two gift cards per visit toward services or retail purchases. Please note that gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used for membership dues, or combined with other discounts. If a gift card is lost or stolen, we can replace it for the remaining balance with proof of purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

To secure your appointment, we collect a $50 deposit ($100 for visits 90 minutes or longer). If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, your deposit will roll forward to your new date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. For missed appointments, the deposit is forfeited, and a $75 no-show fee applies (credited if rebooked within 30 days). If you’re running late, please call or text us immediately. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to wait or reschedule at the provider’s discretion. To cancel, use the patient portal or contact us directly. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on our waitlist. Please note that cancellation fees are non-refundable. After two no-shows or late cancellations, we may decline future bookings. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and expertise.

Yes. You can partner with TAC when your business complements aesthetics, wellness, or patient education. We work with select local professionals and businesses when there is a strong fit and a shared commitment to responsible, high-quality care.

Can you host an educational event at my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your location is within 10 miles of Lincolnshire, you can request an on-site educational talk led by our nurse injector. We offer a 30-minute Injectables 101 presentation or a custom topic tailored to your audience.

How do you get started with a partnership request?

Accepted Answer

From there, we will schedule a short discovery call to review fit, discuss partnership options, and share marketing materials if there is a mutual match.

Yes. You can receive guidance based on your skin concerns, goals, and tolerance. Our recommendations are chosen for clinical performance and long-term skin health, with the added goal of supporting your in-office treatments and helping you maintain results over time.

How much downtime should I expect after treatment?

Accepted Answer

Downtime depends on the service you choose. Some treatments involve little to no interruption to your day, while others may cause temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or bruising. We review expected recovery and aftercare before each appointment so you know what to expect and how to support healing.

What should I do before my injectable appointment?

Accepted Answer

We will provide personalized pre-care instructions based on the treatment you are having, but in general we recommend arriving well hydrated and avoiding alcohol right before your visit. If it is safe for you to do so, you may also be advised to avoid medications or supplements that can increase bruising. Always follow the specific guidance we give you, since recommendations may differ by treatment and medical history.

Your first visit begins with a detailed conversation about your goals, medical history, and prior treatments. We then assess what is appropriate for your anatomy, skin health, and comfort level. For injectable patients, a virtual Good Faith Exam is completed before treatment so we can confirm safety and suitability. You will leave with a treatment plan that is realistic, individualized, and focused on natural results.

For safety, we generally postpone injectable and regenerative treatments during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If this applies to you, let us know before booking so we can discuss your options and help determine when treatment may be more appropriate.

Depending on the service, we may use numbing, cooling, or other comfort measures to help make the experience as easy as possible. How long do Botox, filler, and biostimulatory filler results usually last?

Treatment longevity varies by product, area treated, your metabolism, and your treatment goals. Neurotoxin results often last about 3 to 4 months, while dermal fillers and biostimulatory treatments such as Sculptra or Radiesse may last longer depending on the product and the plan we create for you. During your consultation, we will discuss what to expect and how to maintain your results safely over time.
