Please complete your intake forms before your appointment, this keeps your time with us focused entirely on you and your goals.
Before your first treatment, you'll also complete a brief Good Faith Exam through our secure Qualiphy platform.

Come with a clean or bare face if possible, we can always remove makeup if you don't have time

No need to arrive early, we build enough time into every appointment

Ample parking is available at the building

Lincolnshire: We're located inside Sola Salon Suites, Suite 4, enter the building, turn right down the hallway, & we're on your right

Colorado: We're located inside Salon Republic within Onyx Medspa, Suite 202, enter the building, turn left, go down the first hallway, & we're the second door on your right.
